She was predeceased by: her husband Jim; her parents, Oliver Sutton and May Sutton; her brother Ollie; and her daughters, Karen Speedie (George) and Nancy Zabel (Ron).

She is survived by: her grandchildren, David Speedie (Jen), Eric Speedie (Tamara), Lauren Bell (Andrew) and Kevin Zabel; and her great grandchildren, Solenn, Aven, Taylor, Alexander, Shaun and Sarah.

Making and donating upwards of 300 hats was one of her many acts of caring.
