He was predeceased by: his wife Teresa Wasiak Lee; and his father David Lee. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Lee; his siblings, Sarah (Cameron Belsher), Stephen (Nancy Reinhart) and Deborah (Kevin Eldridge); his stepdaughter Clare Adamcik (David); and his siblings-in-law, Ed Wasiak (Katherine), Christine Kessel, Colette Bischoff (Wayne) and Marcia Scott (Michael).
