He was predeceased by: his significant other Barb Bishop; and his brothers, Tom and Pat. He is survived by: his wife Georgina Binkley; his nephew Greg Binkley; and his siblings, Mike, Susan and Teresa. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Charlie would love donations to the Copetown Lions Club, as he dedicated most of his adult life to the Club's great work.
