He was predeceased by: his grandmother Nancy Zuraw. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa and Derek; his brother Paxton; his stepfather Fil Gambatesa; his grandparents, Anton Zuraw, Terry and Sharon Ciccarelli; his aunts and uncles, David, Stephanie Ciccarelli, Marc and Nadine Ciccarelli; and his cousin Thunder Bay.
