She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Van Raes; her daughter Denise Jennerich (Desmond Devoy); her great grandchild Maverick; her siblings, Oscar of Belgium, Raymond of Belgium and Raymonde DeBarbieuz of Belgium; and her parents, Andrew LePouttre and Zoe LePouttre (Soate).
She is survived by: her daughter Annie Smithson (Mark) of Dundas; her grandchildren, Stephen (Natalie), Heather (Caleigh) and Brian (Grace); her great grandchildren, Santana, Walter and Ethan; her siblings, Henri (Geannine) and Rachel Callens; and her sister-in-law Georgette LePouttre. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
