He was predeceased by: his father Clare Tapp. He is survived by: his mother Christine Oates; his stepfather William Oates; his daughter Autumn Lucia Tapp; the mother of his child Marilyn Mandy; his sister Susan Tapp-Teeninga (William); his stepmother Johanne Haworth-Tapp (Frank); his half-brother Jeremy Tapp; his stepsisters, Valerie Oates and Lydia Oates; his aunts, Pat Ertl (late Peter Ertl) and Irene Rand (late Rein Rand); and his uncle John Ilchene (late Mary Ann Ilchene).
In accordance with the regulations of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario due to COVID-19, all visitations and funerals are restricted to a specified number of attendees.
