He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Haynes and Helen Haynes; his parents-in-law, Pat and Ruth; his brothers, Gery and Glenn; and his siblings-in-law, Barb and Tom.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Haynes; his son Nick (Alexis); his grandchildren, Anya, Jeremy and Shelby (Sam); and his siblings, Bill Haynes (Beverly) and Ruth Thomson (Brian). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and cousins.
