He was predeceased by: his wife Maureen Bruxer (Connolly); his sons, Ken and Mike; his parents, Louis Bruxer and Mary Bruxer (Delaney); his son Robert; his granddaughter Elizabeth Murray; and his siblings, Gerald Bruxer and Marie White (Clarence).
He is survived by: his children, Kathy O'Reilly (Greg) of Egmondville, Karen Van Bakel (Tony) of Mitchell, Joan Murray (Mark) of Seaforth, Don of Vanastra, Patrick Bruxer of London and Lori Sheppard of Blenheim; his friend Bonnie Groot of Hensall; and his sister Helen Cook (Larry) of Mitchell.
