Thomas George Downey Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas George Downey (Dryden, Ontario), who passed away on February 25, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent John Downey; and his siblings, Edward Downey, Frank Downey (Annie), Raymond Downey (Ida), George Downey, Leo Downey, Augustus Downey and Rose Brake (Carl).

He is survived by: his parent Maude Downey; his siblings, Hyacinth Downey (Mary) of Dryden, ON, Micheal Downey (Ruth) of O'Regan, Margaret O'Gorman of Stephenville, NL and Theresa Prosser of Sydney, NS; and his sisters-in-law, Marie Downey of Codroy Valley, NL., Blanche Downey of Codroy Valley, NL. and Winnie Downey of Codroy Valley, NL.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
