He was predeceased by: his father Eric. He is survived by: his wife Anita Lundmark; his stepchildren, Kaitlyn and Joel Bates; his mother Elizabeth; his siblings, Lonnie Lundmark (Carissa) and Angela Mason (Ralph); his nieces and nephews, Kolton, Hailee, Logan and Meagan; and his uncles, Don and Gord. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
