He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Penner and Margaret Penner; his brother Alan; his siblings-in-law, Carol Penner and Mark Kimberley; and his parents-in-law, Walker and Lyla Justice.
He is survived by: his wife Glenna Justice; his children, Graham Penner (Tracy) of Dryden and Allison Halayko (Andrew) of Oakbank, MB.; his grandchildren, Brock Penner (Alexzandria), Wade Penner (Rachel), Emma Benham (Jed), Martin Halayko and Liam Halayko; his great grandchild Seely Penner; and his siblings, Barry Penner (Helga), Iris and Kirby Penner (Pat). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and in-laws.
