He was predeceased by: his former wife Evelyn; his siblings, Bill and Nellie Shuparsky; his niece Marjorie Malyk; and his parents, Mike Malyk and Maria Malyk.
He is survived by: his wife Jean; his stepson Mike Malyk (Shelley); his son Bill Malyk (Paola); and his stepdaughters, Rhonda Danielson of Dryden and Lisa Imeson (Terry) of Dryden. He is also survived by 4 step grandchildren and 6 step great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.
