He was predeceased by: his father Tom. He is survived by: his mother Alta; his children, Brooke, Lani (Stephanie) and Danielle (Matt); his grandsons, Arthur and Ben; his significant other Cindy; and his brothers, Jack (Ann), Bill (Jan), Blair (Bonny) and Cal (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
