He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy. He is survived by: his father Kevin (Margaret); his sister Shelly (David); his nephew Evan (Dallas); his stepbrother Marty (Jody); his stepfather Brian (Ursula); his stepbrother Chris (Chelsea); and his nephews, Jaxson and Dane (Amanda).

Cremation has taken place and due to Covid-19 there will be no service.
