It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alphonse Kosik (Dryden, Ontario), who passed away on June 12, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his children, Sheila Church (Jim Olsen), Janet Martel (Gerry) and Ronald Kosik (Barb MacDonald); and his sister Victoria Bzdel. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
