He was predeceased by: his spouse Loretta (McKnight); and his brothers, Jim and Wes (Marg). He is survived by: his children, Garey (Donna) of Ipperwash and Karen Baker of Plattsville; his grandchildren, Anthony, Deanna, Marlin, Tammy, Cheryl, Randy, Alison, Dawn, Darren, Matt and Paulette; and his sister-in-law Blanche of New Hamburg. He is also survived by his 17 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations in his memory directed to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
