He is survived by: his wife Barb Holmes (Blackburn); his children, Holly, Aaron Huggett and Randy Oulds; his grandchildren, Jesse and Cohen Huggett; his siblings, Roger (Tammy Holmes), Lonnie (Tammy Holmes), Mike (Sandra Holmes), Susan (Jim Huff) and Jennifer Johnston; his parents-in-law, Jim and Nancy Blackburn; and his siblings-in-law, Brad, Diane Blackburn, Beth Blackburn and Cathy Moore.
