Stan Smids Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2020, at the age of 91, Stan Smids of Dresden, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Hilda Sparling (Norman); his siblings, Flora, Sally, Ralph, John and Tina; and his parents, Fred Smids and Hilda Smids.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda; his children, Harrietta Campbell (Paul), Cynthia Coates (Bob), Clara, Fred Smids (Connie), Barb Garnaitis (Roger) and Clarence Smids (Julie); his sister Gretchen Vandervinne (Joe); and his sister-in-law Tinie Smids. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
