She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Catt and Rena Catt (Minielly); her son Justin Phair; and her sister Marion Smoluk. She is survived by: her husband Bill Phair; her children, Jennifer Wallace (Dan) and Jason Phair (Valerie); her grandchildren, Alex, Charlotte, Emma, Olivia, Oliver, Liam and Ava; her siblings, Anne Jenkins, Joan Cameron, Helen Thomas, Stan Catt (Trudy) and Wayne Catt (Joan); and her siblings-in-law, Luanne Phair and Vince Smoluk. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends and her church family.
