He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Hooyer and Martha Hooyer (VanRooyen); his sons, Rowen, Seth and Ethan Hooyer; the mother of his children Janice Hooyer (Vanderlinde); his brother Mathew Hooyer (Tanya); his nieces, Lily and Violet; his nephew Brian Hooyer (Brittany); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jeremy, Noah, Kaleb, Zachary and Jordyn; his niece Cassandra DeWeerd (Trevor); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jayce, Wyatt, Kira and Jude. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
