He is survived by: his spouse Lynda; his children, Tony Knox (Marianne) of Texas and Chris Knox (Karen) of Dresden; his siblings, Ruth Miller (Bob) of Leduc, AB, Douglas Knox (Mary Ann) of Ladysmith, BC and Cyndy Jones (Bob) of Sarnia; his siblings-in-law, Louise Thomson and Sharen Cameron; and his friends, Mark Cochrane of Kitchener and Joy Cochrane of Kitchener.
