He was predeceased by: his brother Matthew Cibulka; and his grandparents, John, Mary Cibulka (Tomecek), Martin J. and Frances Gazarek (Uhlik).

He is survived by: his parents, Larry Cibulka and Jenny Cibulka (Gazarek); and his pet Lexi. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
