He was predeceased by: his parent Henry "Harry"; his spouse Josephine "Josi" Ennett (Kiekens); his brothers, Tom, Mary Ennett, Gerry and Barb Ennett; and his siblings-in-law, Vivian Ennett and George VanKerhoven.

He is survived by: his parent Loretta Ennett (McGuire); his children, Michele, Jim Finley of Dresden, Maureen, Mark Lynas of Georgetown, Kevin Ennett of Dresden, Sean and Pam Ennett of Thamesville; his grandchildren, Stephanie, Laura (George), Leann, Aryn, Ashley, Chelsea, Joseph, Michael, Austin, Veronica and Jackson; and his sibling Charlie Ennett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
