Jim Eves Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jim Eves (Dresden, Ontario), who passed away on March 9, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Eves and Mary Eves (Fox); his son Ronnie Eves; his grandson Matthew; and his sisters, Alma Dick (Reginald) and Jean Jarvis (Grant).
He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Eves (Lane); his children, Carol Burns (John), Luanne Wolfe (Gary), Allan Eves, Janet Barnes (Jim), Brian Eves (Linda) and Patti Lippe (Manfred); his grandchildren, Julie (Darryl), Janine (Ryan), Paul (Chantal), Justin, Rob (Ashley), Calvin and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Daleyna, Declan, Emmett, Abigail, Jackson and Owen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Badder Funeral Home & Reception Centre (679 North St, Dresden, ON N0P1M0). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Donations to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Foundation (Sydenham Campus) or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
