With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Herbert John Vankoughnett of Dresden, Ontario, born in Kingston, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Vankoughnett and Dorothy Vankoughnett; and his siblings, Rose McFadden, Carol Kay, Betty McDonald and Robert.
He is survived by: his wife Susan (Hooper); his sons, Jeff (Barb), Herb, George and Danny (Kari); and his siblings, Rita Doom, Theresa Yacks, George and Bill. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 12th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the The Wheelhouse (547 North St, Highgate, ON N0P1T0).
