He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Phillips; his children, Gerald Phillips (Brenda), Donna Naylor (Stephen), William Phillips (Lisa) and Daniel Phillips (Linda); his grandchildren, Mathew Phillips (Trisha), Marsha Roberts (Chad), Aryn Naylor (Evan), Lindsay Phillips (Tyler), Corey Phillips (Carrie), Zachary Phillips (Kirstyn), Angela Swain (Scott), Stacey Phillips (Taylor) and Anthony Phillips (Cassie); and his great grandchildren, Serenity, Dominic, Brylee, Joshua, Clayton, Sophia and Madelyn.
