She was predeceased by: her parents, Cornelius Dongen and Petronella Van Dongen (Verschuren); her spouse Rene Goetheyn; and her siblings, Corrie Koppes (John), Mary Van Waes (late Wilfred), Frank Van Dongen (Ria), Pete Van Dongen (late Helen) and Case Van Dongen (Simone).
She is survived by: her children, Jenny, Ben Hogervorst of Goderich, Jerry, Janice Goetheyn of Dresden, Jim, Michelle Goetheyn of Chatham, Janet and Rob Griffith of Dresden; her grandchildren, Chris Hogervorst (Aiden), Katherine Rodger (Jamie), Kimberly Finnie (Ryan), Allison Burton (Graham), Laura Goetheyn, Eric Goetheyn, Trent Goetheyn (Nicole), Tyler Goetheyn and Brent Griffith; her great grandchildren, Emmerson, Reese, Theodore Hogervorst, Maximus, Mya and Matthew Finnie; her siblings, Nellie Van Der Pryt (late Cornelius) and Tony Van Bommel (Toni); and her siblings-in-law, Louis, Ruby Goetheyn, Anna, Willy Coolman and George Goetheyn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
