She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Chandler and Genevieve Chandler (Davis); her husband Irwin Simmons; and her siblings, Lawrence and Ruby.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Baldwin (Bart Bartlett), Michael (Brenda Simmons), Tracey Simmons and Robert Simmons; her grandchildren, Robert Reaume, Elisha Davis and Josh Simmons; her great grandchildren, Hayden, Troy, Clinton and Kiffany; and her siblings, Loretta, Irene, Billie, Joyce, Madelene, Virgil and Clifford.
