Audrey Flinkert Obituary

She was predeceased by: her spouse Arend Flinkert; her sisters-in-law, Barb Flinkert of Alberta and Sonja Van Ankum of Alberta; her parents, Wietse Praamsma and Elizabeth Praamsma (Soeting); her son-in-law Ross Kraehling; her brother Rev. Peter Praamsma; and her siblings-in-law, Eddy Staalduinen, Margaret, Bert Dobben, Bill Flinkert and John Van Ankum.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa (John Seehaver), Yukon, Wilma (James Rinn), Maria (Henk Pastink) and Brent (Wilma Flinkert); her grandchildren, Arend Kraehling (Krystal), Adam Kraehling (Meghan), Anthony Kraehling (Jess), John Henry Klaassen (Erica), Whitney Klaassen (Patrick), Reba Vander Zaag (Eric), Gerrit Pastink (Natalia), Dina (Ripu), Hannah, Alyssa and Sophia Flinkert; her great grandchildren, Jakob, Benjamin, Penelope, Remington, Evelyn, Reid, Ronan, Violette, Briggs and Samuel; her siblings, Hilde Van Staalduinen of Burlington, Sunnie (Nico Eggarhos), Auke (Cathy Praamsma) and Lucy (Jim Veenstra); and her brother-in-law Hank Flinkert of Alberta. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Drayton Reformed Church (74 Wellington St S, Drayton, ON N0G1P0). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at the Drayton Cemetery (187 Wellington St N, Alma, ON N0B1A0).
As expressions of sympathy donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
