We are sad to announce that on September 30, 2018, Pamela Joan Smith (Douglas, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Douglas; her children, Lorraine Palmer-Smith and Craig; her son-in-law Rod Palmer; her granddaughters, Maddy Palmer of Brockville and Abbey Palmer (Matt) of Brockville; her cousin Joyce Braun (late Henry) of St. Catharines; her brother Gordon Harris (Sheila); her sister-in-law Gillian Hook (Arthur) of England; and her siblings, Ernest, Bessie, Margie and Reg Harris (Jean). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
In memory of Pamela, donations may be made to a charity of your choice, as Pamela herself supported so many, and would be greatly appreciated by her family.
