She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Peden; and her brother Gord Beard. She is survived by: her children, Bruce "Ted" Nichols (Sandy), Colin Nichols (Dawn), Dawn-Marie Gorecki (Wayne), Debbie McGuire (Doug), Pauline Dobson (John), Janice Mathieson (Michael), JoAnne Peden (Claude), Doug Peden Jr., Charlene Peden Swailes, Gary Nichols and Scott Peden; and her brother Floyd Beard (Bernice). She is also survived by her 27 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
