He is survived by: his spouse Elizabeth Alfaro; his children, Irene Alfaro, Frinee Alfaro (Juan Carlo Maza), Ericka Alfaro (Oscar Osegueda) and Jorge Alfaro Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jonatham Maza, Johann Maza, Jorge Maza, Paola Pablo of Leon and Jose Pablo of Leon.
