He was predeceased by: his parent George; and his sibling Darrell. He is survived by: his parent Lois; and his siblings, Carolyn, Brian (Marion), Barbara, Laurel Ough (Willie), Wendy Kitts (Jim), Darlene Ford (Don), Kenneth (Fay), Kim Cooke (Jack), Ellen Pearson (Kevin) and Randy (Donna).

Memorial donations to the Tim Horton Children's Foundation or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
