It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Pat Jackson (Dorchester, Ontario), who passed away on April 3, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ron Jackson. She is survived by: her children, Mark Jackson (Donna), Paul Jackson (Sue Honsinger), Glenn Jackson (Michele Senese) and Rhonda Caddey (Steve); her grandchildren, Eric Jackson (Breanne Dufty), Kaela Carter (Chris), Josh Honsinger (Rachel), Cam Honsinger, Alisha Caddey (Zachary Chapman), Chris Caddey (Nicki Uliana) and Ben Caddey (Jodi Rattner); and her great grandchildren, Ashton, Brayden, Kane, Ella, Leo, Melanie and Logan.
