He was predeceased by: his parents, William Winegardner and Florence Winegardner (Bowman); and his siblings, Clarence, Bertha, Leonard, Marilyn Winegardner, Arthur, Ralph Winegardner, Beverly Winegardner and Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Winegardner; his children, Lee Winegardner and Sherry Elkins (Mark); his grandchildren, Noah, Jacob, Samuel and Faith; and his siblings, Lloyd (Pat) and Marlene Shearing (John).
