She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas; her parents, John Silverthorn and Emma Silverthorn (Rowsom); and her siblings, Oscar Silverthorn (Eileen), Madeline Silverthorn, Clival Silverthorn, Barbara Mustos (Joe) and Carl Silverthorn.

She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her son-in-law Ken Fearnley; and her sister-in-law Elsie Silverthorn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
