He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Rhea Patricia Purdon (Callaghan); his sons, John Purdon (Marlene) of Thorndale and Michael Purdon (Hillary) of Gooderham; his grandchildren, Karen Purdon, Michelle Purdon, Bradley Purdon, Haley Proulx and Emily Vincent; and his great grandchildren, Devin and Zoey. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
