He is survived by: his wife Barbara Joanne Muir; his sons, David Muir (Bernardine) of Dorchester, Douglas Muir (Shannon) of Vancouver, Michael Muir (Anna) of Ottawa and Kevin Muir (Carolyn) of Kitchener; and his grandchildren, Shannon, Stephanie, Abby, Matthew, Benjamin, Andrew and Hunter.
