He was predeceased by: his siblings, George, Don Knott and Marilyn Nicholson; and his half-sisters, Reta Cook, Dorothy Taylor and Esler.
He is survived by: his spouse Loreene Knott (Dupras); and his brothers, Bob Knott (Lillian) of Airdrie, Dave Knott (late Hedda) of Tillsonburg and Bill Knott (Bonnie) of Ingersoll. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
