He was predeceased by: his parents, William Proctor and Martha Proctor; and his siblings, Irene (George O'Neil), Russell (Florence), Viola (William Gall), Philip (Ruby), Murray (Elizabeth), Clara (Ora Buchanan) and Alice (Earl Mitton).
He is survived by: his wife Lee; his children, Kevin, Tracey and Sheila; and his granddaughters, Jessica (Kevin Welshman) and Shadyn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
