He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Debbie Sikora (Brian), Reta Chalmers (Robert), Lee Lewis (Leighanne) and Mark Lewis (Laurie); his grandchildren, Michael Sikora (Jessica), Edie Sikora, Tiffany Chalmers, Justine Lewis, Larissa Lewis, Cynara Lewis and Logan Lewis; and his siblings, Shirley Hill and Frances Foster. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
