He is survived by: his wife Starr; his children, Amanda (Brian) and Kyle (Mackenzie); his grandchildren, Katie, Gracie, Allie, Hendrix, Halen and Kyuss; his brothers, Paul, Peter (Ev) and John; his father Ray; and his nephew Joe.
