He was predeceased by: his parent Shirley Boon (Milmine). He is survived by: his spouse Patty Boon (Swick); his children, Tessa Farkas (John) and Tyler Boon; his grandchildren, Alan and Hayden; his parent John Boon; his siblings, John-Paul (Hilde), Dave (Lise), Rick (Gina), Cathe Rhude (Scott), Shauna Barrow (Wesley) and Tom Hart; his mother-in-law Connie Swick; and his siblings-in-law, John Swick and Susan Gocher (Jamie). He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.

Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
