He was predeceased by: his father Tiphon Van Assche; and his brother Andy. He is survived by: his wife Donna Van Assche; his mother Betty Van Assche; his children, Brian Jr., Asheley, Jessica, Erik, Justin and Shania; his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Oliver, Aiden and Easten; and his siblings, Diane, Willy (Chris), Christa (Dave) and Dale (Beth). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
