He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Hazen and Lily Hazen (LaForge); and his siblings, Lee Louks (Earl Louks) and Nellie Andress. He is survived by: his siblings, Darryl Hazen (Tammy) of St. Williams, Sandra Dedrick (Sheldon) of Port Rowan, Nina Starling (late Ray) of Port Rowan and Betty Jane Lipscombe (Keith) of Port Rowan, ON.. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
