He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Jack Walker. He is survived by: his wife Chrissie Truax; his children, Connie Eberhardt (Ron) of Harriston, Martin (Nancy) of London, Deanna of Delaware and Corry of Tofield; his grandchildren, Kyle, Claire, Stephanie, Adam and Amanda; his siblings, Alfred Truax (Jean) of Komoka and Edith Walker of Sombra; and his siblings-in-law, Arnold Mallett of London and Ruby Truax of London. He is also survived by his several nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Parkinsons Society Southwestern Ontario or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
