It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Mary Panchuk (Deep River, Ontario), born in Kitchener, Ontario, who passed away on October 16, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Panchuk; her parents, Dr. John Edwin and Beata Hagmeier; and her siblings, Kay and Ted.
She is survived by: her children, John of Vancouver, Jim (Kathy) of Perth, Kathy (Tim) of Sylvania and Ohio; and her grandchildren, Paul, Ian and Mattea.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the North Renfrew Long-Term Care Centre would be greatly appreciated.
