She was predeceased by: her husband Will McAlpin; her brother Robert McDougall; and her stepbrother James Alexander. She is survived by: her children, Stewart McAlpin (Hélène Giroux) of Wakefield, Fiona Jensen (Chris) of Winnipeg and Colin McAlpin (Marcia) of Ottawa; and her grandchildren, Calum Jensen, Sheila Jensen and Arden McAlpin.
