He was predeceased by: his sister Nicole Kamps. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Cayer; his daughters, Deanna Cayer of Ottawa, Leah Collins (Steve) of Ottawa, Lyne Brown (Chris) of Gatineau and Cindy Baig (Bilal) of Dubai; his grandchildren, Dakota, Destiny, Dylan, Micayla, Connor, Inaya, Sarina and Zach; and his sisters, Carole Pattingale (Lindsay) of Belleville and Susan Kasaboski (Wayne) of Deep River.
In memory of Richard donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
