He was predeceased by: his former wife Hazel Sullivan; his daughter Deborah Sullivan (Paul Rumleskie) of Deep River; and his brother Michael Sullivan. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Sullivan; his children, Tammie Richardson (Jeff), PJ Sullivan (Kimberley) of Chalk River and Barbara Croucher (Terry) of Cambridge; his grandchildren, Jaimi-Lee, Sam, Liam Sullivan, Abby Mayberry (Alex), April, Brian Richardson (Kelsi), Courtney and Ally Croucher; his siblings, Tom Sullivan (Anita Fuko) of Newberry and Kelly Sullivan-Bax (John) of Dorchester; and his cousin Patsy Morash (Wayne) of Chalk River.
In memory of Pat donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
